Online Registration is now closed. Please procced to the door.
Drop-in for workshops welcome, though a partner is not guaranteed although we do our best to maintain gender balance. Please contact us to see if there is a partner available if you intend to attend workshops.

USD payment at door accept. Exchange rate based on Paypal plus fees / commission charged by bank.
arrived 15 minutes before workshops. Late comers will be refused from joining the Tango class. No refund in case of late arrival.
Organizer will try to maintain gender balance for Tango workshops / Tango Classes but it's not guaranteed. Please register with one if it is important for you. No refund will be issued for not having a partner.
please notify organizer 5 days in advance, change at door is allowed but will result in $10 administration fee and you will not be allowed to take a up partner when there is gender imbalance.
Tango Festival Passes are transferrable but please inform the organiser by email ONE WEEK before the event. A small administration fee of $5 will be charge for any change. In cases of gender balance problem occurred for workshops, your credits will be transferred to 2026 Toronto Tango 8 Festival ★ Marathon
Respect for all participants and ensure safety of partner and other dancers. Be nice. Follow the line of dance. Organizers of TORONTO TANGO 8 FESTIVAL ★ Marathon reserves the rights to ask the person who cause potential danger to other dancers to leave.
COVID, visas and other expected issues have brought many complications this year. In case if the artists are tested postive and are prevented to leave the country or enter Canada, we will sort for alternative options to provide the workshops through online resource in our big hall. You will also be provided options to switch workshops to other artists or a refund for the portion of workshops that you have signed up for the cancelled artists.
These events are out of the control of both you and the organizers, with all the hotels, airtickets and artists fees are basically non-refundable. And the same situation applies for traveller to Toronto to out event. We ask for your understanding.
All registration refundable before August 1, 2025, with a $25 administration fee plus 3.5% processing fee charged by third party payment gateway. No refund after August 1 but credits can be transferred to 2026 event. We ask you not to attend the event if you are having cold or flu symtoms, your credits will be transferred to Toronto Tango 8 Festival ★ Marathon 2026

The organizer reserves the right to ban a participant from attending any event due to issues of conduct, or due to other reasons and policies of SPK Beverley Halls
